Delivery Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for delivery services provided by Yellow Event Rentals. By accepting a quote or booking a delivery, the Client agrees to the following pricing structure and terms.

1. Scope of Service

  • Drop-off & Pick-up Only: Quoted prices cover the transport of items to a designated ground-floor drop-off point.
  • Exclusions: Pricing does not include professional setup, installation, or aesthetic staging.
  • Separate Quotes: If the Client requires items to be unpacked, placed in specific configurations, or installed, a separate Setup & Staging Quote may be requested and approved 2 weeks prior to the delivery date.

2. Standard Delivery Zone & Hours

Base Rate: $350

Our base delivery rate applies to transport services meeting the following criteria:

  • Distance: Within a 50-mile radius of our warehouse located at 4754 Arcadia Drive, Frederick, MD. 21703
  • Operational Window: Between the hours of 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

3. Extended Distance Pricing

Mileage & Distance Surcharges

For deliveries outside of the 50-mile standard radius, the following rates apply to the entire journey:

  • Rate: Base Rate + $3:50 per mile exceeding the initial 50-mile limit.

4. Surcharges & Special Conditions

Overnight Surcharge
Delivery or pickup between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Venue Access Delays
Difficulties such as stairs, long carries, street parking or restrictive pathways.
Based on additional time beyond 30 minutes to unload or waiting for a spot.

Note on Venue Access: Additional charges are calculated based on extra time in excess of 30 minutes, required to negotiate access difficulties (e.g., Limited or Street Parking, Small Elevator Only, Stairs only, Tight Corridors or Turns, Long Access Paths (100ft or more), Uneven Pathway Surfaces, Grass.
Failure to disclose access difficulties may result in additional billing.
